AP Bookkeeper (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoices, payment cycles, credit card transactions, expenses, and travel reimbursements.
• Support the month-end closing process by completing AP tasks, accruals, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and support financial reporting.
• Assist with finance projects, audits, and other accounting activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Level 1–2 Bookkeeping Diploma.
• Experience with ERP systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new financial software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
• High-level written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Previous experience in a hi-tech company and a multi-currency environment.
