What you will do
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoices, payment cycles, credit card transactions, expenses, and travel reimbursements.
- Support the month-end closing process by completing AP tasks, accruals, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and support financial reporting.
- Assist with finance projects, audits, and other accounting activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Level 1–2 Bookkeeping Diploma.
- Experience with ERP systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new financial software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
- High-level written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Previous experience in a hi-tech company and a multi-currency environment.
