Founding Lead Engineer (AI & Workflow Automation)

What you will do

• Build the first product for finding, engaging, qualifying, and hiring skilled workers at scale.
• Develop candidate acquisition, qualification, matching, and follow-up workflows.
• Ship conversational interfaces and LLM/AI-agent functionality for real users.
• Connect APIs, databases, messaging tools, and third-party recruiting systems.
• Validate product ideas quickly and improve workflow efficiency and conversion.
• Work with the venture studio team, founders, operators, corporate partners, and investors.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills and the ability to build independently from zero to a working product.
• Experience automating messy, real-world workflows.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM or AI-agent functionality to users.
• Comfort connecting APIs, databases, messaging tools, and third-party systems.
• Product-minded approach focused on removing manual work and improving conversion.
• High ownership and entrepreneurial ambition.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the DACH market and strong German language skills.
• Experience in recruitment or HR tech, ATS/CRM integrations, WhatsApp, voice AI, n8n, Make, matching systems, marketplaces, or workflow-heavy SaaS.
