What you will do

• Welcome and onboard new Spanish clients through video calls and email.
• Build personalized onboarding journeys based on each customer’s needs.
• Understand client workflows and translate them into hirify.global.
• Identify challenges and opportunities, sharing actionable insights with Product.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve the client journey.
• Help define and scale onboarding processes that shorten activation time.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Spanish and professional-level English.
• Experience in Customer Experience, Account or Client Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Support.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable solving problems and adapting to product changes.
• Strong ownership of client success and clear, confident communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• SaaS experience.
• Knowledge of HR.
