People Operations Automation Intern (AI)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; 32–40 hours per week

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
• Design, test, and implement automation solutions with HR professionals.
• Analyze results and continuously improve implemented solutions.
• Train and support colleagues in adopting new technologies.
• Contribute to projects involving HR, technology, AI, and process improvement.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• Availability for a part-time internship lasting 5–6 months or longer.

Nice to have

• Interest in completing a graduation or thesis assignment during the internship.
