Senior UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: London, with hybrid working requiring at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site

Salary: £72,702–£80,780 per year

What you will do

• Own interaction design projects and take responsibility for end-to-end design output.
• Craft cohesive user journeys using components from a central design system.
• Create prototypes using tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and customer insights to refine designs.
• Balance business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints across different platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver accessible experiences.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in UX or interaction design.
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or from a visual design background.
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Experience using and extending established design systems.
• Ability to communicate with developers and ensure designs meet specifications.
• Familiarity with complex environments; financial services experience is preferred.
