AI Product Manager

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote. The role includes an annual in-person gathering.

Salary: €75,000–€125,000 estimated base salary per year.

What you will do

• Own product work end to end, from investigating problems and selecting solutions to building, launching, measuring, and iterating.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, debugging, and AI-assisted coding.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and design focused experiments to test product assumptions.
• Define success metrics, analyze experiment results, and decide whether to improve, expand, or stop shipped work.
• Work directly with the CTO, designers, and engineers inside a software engineering squad.
• Surface blockers, challenge assumptions, and maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Experience using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data analysis, or user research to guide product decisions.
• Full fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, take ownership, and communicate directly with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Comfort building products based on uncensored models and content.
• Experience with consumer-facing features and fast-scaling D2C or consumer technology companies.

Nice to have

• Design fluency sufficient to prompt a usable UI independently.
• Experience in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or other high-touch media industries.
