Product Owner (AI)

Location: Remote in Argentina or Uruguay

Salary: $54,000–$72,000 annually; equity, paid time off, and a learning budget included.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the broker and carrier enrollment workbench, AI Extractions, and plan processing products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Define requirements, write product specifications, manage execution, and ensure product quality and usability before release.
• Work with engineering, design, data, quality assurance, forward-deployed teams, and clients to prioritize, scope, and ship features.
• Maintain roadmaps, manage timelines, identify trade-offs, and keep product development moving.
• Translate customer workflows and pain points into clear product requirements and meaningful product decisions.
• Coordinate launches, create release notes and product documentation, and train sales, client, and forward-deployed teams.

Requirements

• Outstanding written and spoken English.
• 2–5 years of experience in product, engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, or technical teams.
• Strong ability to write clear, structured documentation and product specifications.
• Experience managing projects or workflows end to end, with strong organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while staying focused on user needs.

• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex workflows.
• Interest in AI-driven products or data-heavy systems.
