Head of ERP Integrations (AI)

Location: Remote Europe (Other), London, Poland, or Spain; onsite at a BLP office is also possible. Travel to customers and BLP sites is expected.

hirify.global is a Switzerland-based SaaS scaleup building agentic AI for ERP automation across finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and other enterprise processes.

What you will do

• Grow the engineering organization from roughly 10 to 50 engineers by hiring, structuring squads, and developing team leads.
• Define architecture and engineering standards for on-premise connectors, cloud integrations, REST APIs, and file-based exchanges.
• Drive reusable approaches for mapping ERP data to BLP’s canonical data model.
• Establish documentation, playbooks, onboarding, governance, and engineering processes for a large integration organization.
• Represent BLP in technical discussions with CIOs, IT directors, enterprise architects, and other senior customer stakeholders.
• Partner with US go-to-market and delivery teams to address the fragmented US mid-market ERP landscape.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software or integration engineering experience, including several years leading engineering teams and scaling a team beyond 20 people.
• Hands-on experience integrating several ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or D365 Finance & Operations; Infor LN or M3; Oracle NetSuite or JD Edwards; or Abas.
• Experience with on-premise connectors and agents, REST APIs, file or EDI exchanges, and data mapping to a canonical model.
• Direct experience with the US mid-market ERP landscape and its fragmentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior customer technical leaders.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to customers and BLP sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with an iPaaS, AP or finance automation, or another B2B SaaS company integrating broadly with ERPs.
• .NET or C# familiarity and exposure to EDI standards.
• Experience building and leading distributed or near-shore engineering teams.
• German language skills.
