What you will do

• Create new internet platform products and iterate on existing products with a focus on user experience.
• Research global industry trends, identify market opportunities, and incubate products for new market segments.
• Define product positioning, roadmaps, and product strategies based on competitor and market analysis.
• Analyze user feedback, identify core needs, and drive continuous product optimization.
• Design user growth strategies and support product promotion and brand outreach with cross-functional teams.
• Track product metrics and develop data-driven operational and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expected graduation date in 2027.
• Strong logical reasoning, verbal communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Market observation, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify user pain points.
• Solid data analysis skills for identifying product and operational problems.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, learning ability, and a proactive approach to challenging assignments.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required.
