Sr. Product Manager - Reporting & Dashboards (AI) (reporting, dashboards, and AI): Leading the strategy and evolution of customizable dashboards and client-facing reports for investment professionals with an accent on data visualization, reporting workflows, and AI-powered productivity. Focus on building the 12–18 month roadmap, reimagining report creation, integrating narrative generation and summaries, and improving platform performance and adoption.
Location: New York, NY. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and authorized to start work in the U.S. on the first day.
Salary: $178,000–$223,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the Reporting & Dashboards platform, including customizable views, real-time portfolio insights, templates, and report generation.
- Define and maintain a 12–18 month product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Integrate AI capabilities into reporting workflows, including insight synthesis, narrative commentary, summaries, and reporting automation.
- Use user research, analytics, client feedback, and support data to identify pain points and prioritize improvements.
- Monitor generation speed, feature engagement, adoption, client satisfaction, and the quality of data visualization.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience with reporting tools, data visualization capabilities, or content generation workflows.
- Experience using AI technologies to transform workflows and improve user productivity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and user research teams and discuss technical challenges and reporting design patterns.
- Strong user advocacy, data-driven decision-making, and ability to communicate product value to stakeholders and go-to-market partners.
- U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
