Associate Data Product Manager (AI)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Own data product initiatives end to end, from problem definition and data requirements through launch and ongoing operation.
• Build and ship production code with AI coding agents, review generated code, and maintain engineering quality.
• Develop evaluation suites covering accuracy, guardrails, and regression testing.
• Monitor live products, resolve failures, improve performance, and drive user adoption.
• Measure and report business impact, including time saved, faster decisions, resolved tickets, and avoided errors.
• Translate business questions into data definitions, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience building products, software, or data/AI systems.
• Solid programming fundamentals and comfort writing and understanding production code.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to work with AI coding agents while taking responsibility for the output.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customer support agents, finance analysts, and country teams.
• Experience defining and tracking product and operational metrics.
• Ownership mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping or evaluating LLM-powered features in production.
• Exposure to fintech, payments, or another regulated environment.
• Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake, dashboards, or metrics layers.
• Interest in travel and overseas spending.
