Senior Business Analyst (Retail)

What you will do

• Analyze retail business processes across store operations, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, pricing, promotions, POS, omnichannel, and eCommerce.
• Support retail transformation, digital modernization, and change management programmes.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to project work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of retail business processes and proven retail transformation experience.
• Experience with requirements management, workshops, stakeholder collaboration, and functional documentation.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar tools.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
