Senior Associate - .Net Fullstack Enginner (Azure)

Location: Hyderabad, India; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days available for work from home. Working hours are 1:00 PM–10:00 PM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.

What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end platform components, including data pipelines, backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications.
• Design scalable data systems for ingestion, transformation, analytics, event-driven processing, and real-time workflows.
• Modernize the Azure-based cloud architecture using microservices, containerization, infrastructure as code, and reliable engineering practices.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and investment teams to translate credit investment workflows into technical solutions.
• Define scope, prioritize work, communicate technical trade-offs, and drive delivery independently across time zones.
• Mentor engineers and improve engineering quality through code reviews, testing, observability, CI/CD, and thoughtful use of generative AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering business-critical distributed production systems.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, gRPC, and backend development.
• Full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL and data pipelines, event-driven architecture, microservices, DDD, messaging platforms, and real-time processing.
• Hands-on Azure, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, Terraform or Bicep, relational and NoSQL databases, automated testing, observability, security, and DevSecOps experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; strong communication, mentoring, independent ownership, and product-oriented engineering skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA, or equivalent experience in product-focused engineering leadership.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
