Senior Associate - .NET (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, APIs, and SQL Server.
• Develop reusable UI components, API services, domain services, background workers, integrations, and data layers.
• Build automated unit, component, integration, contract, end-to-end, and service-level tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD, quality gates, deployment automation, observability, monitoring, performance tuning, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA, product owners, and platform teams through design discussions, code reviews, pairing, and Agile ceremonies.
• Improve shared frameworks, libraries, architecture patterns, developer experience, accessibility, resilience, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent delivery capability.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
• Experience with front-end architecture, reusable components, routing, forms, validation, state management, responsive design, and UI patterns.
• Experience designing REST APIs, service components, integration patterns, authentication and authorisation flows, OpenAPI/Swagger, and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, data modelling, query optimisation, clean architecture, SOLID, and Domain-Driven Design concepts.
• Experience with automated testing, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, quality gates, accessibility, observability, and OWASP-aware security practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, containers, event-driven architecture, messaging, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query, Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with cloud observability, performance tuning, and production support.
