Full Stack Software Engineer, Level II (C#/Python/Angular)

Location: Hybrid schedule with required on-site work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, for classified and laboratory work; travel to the site is required for project-end installation, configuration, and testing.

What you will do

• Independently design and deliver full-stack software features across existing products and own assigned GitLab milestones end to end.
• Integrate TCP/IP communications among software-defined radios, Keysight UXGs, test systems, modeling and simulation components, and rack hardware.
• Build browser-based threat simulation, test setup and analysis, and software delivery interfaces with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.
• Provide technical support for system evaluation, interface upgrades, software sustainment, and issue resolution.
• Build data pipelines and warehouses for large datasets, analytic visualizations, and mission metrics.
• Develop threat-signal processing and deployment software, including an anchored chat assistant using open-source LLMs for on-premise hosting and inference.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–8 years of relevant professional software engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required at the time of application; Secret is the minimum clearance level.
• Ability to work on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, on a hybrid schedule.
• IA baseline certification equivalent to 8570 IAT II is required for privileged access to DEVNET or the classified laboratory.
• A signed non-disclosure agreement is required before starting performance.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ CE, Certified Scrum Developer, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, IAAP CPACC, or DHS Trusted Tester certification.
• Experience with TCP/IP instrument control, especially Keysight or National Instruments hardware.
• Angular front-end delivery using Section 508 or WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Experience with electronic warfare, software-defined radios, electromagnetic spectrum systems, data warehousing, data pipelines, or data science.
