What you will do

• Inspect agricultural commodity exports and domestic trade shipments.
• Perform export commodity inspections under Trade Assurance Services contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation within required timeframes.
• Liaise with customers to understand and meet inspection requirements.
• Maintain and develop the skills, knowledge, and qualifications required for the role.

Requirements

• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments and perform field-based inspections.
• Clear and accurate report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge in agriculture, commodity inspection, export services, or a related sector.
• Australian Government Authorised Officer PGG3001 and BVI3001 accreditation.
