Senior Product Manager - Corporate Information Systems - AI Vertical Team (AI)

What you will do

• Plan and design evaluation products and systems for AI Agents and Coding Agents.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, workflows, and reusable product mechanisms for emerging AI capabilities.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data and behavior, and translate enterprise pain points into product improvements.
• Partner with algorithm, engineering, and data teams to build evaluation platforms, automated pipelines, and result dashboards.
• Use evaluation outcomes to support model optimization and product decisions across global internal office scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Structured and logical thinking with a user-value-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Genuine interest in AI products, model evaluation, benchmark systems, and developments in the LLM and Agent space.
• Familiarity with AI and Agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across algorithm, engineering, data, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using, analyzing, or building around third-party benchmarks such as SWE-Bench.
• Understanding of evaluation automation, data processing, or experiment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building agents, evaluation platforms, or AI applications.
