What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel and drive deployment of 30–50+ robotic units into key accounts by 2027.
- Build multi-year strategic account plans and develop relationships across Operations, Reliability, Digital, HSE, Procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate robotics autonomy and inspection data into business outcomes such as OPEX reduction, improved safety, emissions reduction, and workforce optimization.
- Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and framework agreements to establish long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success teams to shape solutions and maintain customer retention.
- Manage CRM pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, competitive intelligence, and market feedback for product roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Recent direct-sales and key-account-management experience with complex, high-tech industrial solutions, preferably software-enabled hardware or robotics.
- Professional experience in the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries, with strong knowledge of operators, service companies, and EPC contractors.
- Understanding of IOC, large chemical company, DACH procurement, vendor registration, and NOC governance models.
- Ability to position robotics within industrial automation and digital transformation ecosystems, including DCS, asset integrity, and IIoT platforms.
- Strong negotiation, executive communication, CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
- University degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; excellent written and verbal English communication.
