Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build and implement free-to-play systems covering progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, and AI agents to improve player experience, personalization, content, and live operations.
• Own product specifications, timelines, execution, and delivery outcomes.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to optimize features after launch.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts to deliver and roll out new features.
• Prioritize development under tight deadlines while monitoring competitors and adapting relevant market practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Designer, Live Ops Manager, or Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep passion for free-to-play mobile games and understanding of player engagement.
• Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Based in Paris or Amsterdam.
