Senior Product Manager - Messenger (AI)

Location: London, England; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the product direction for Messenger, Fin’s key customer engagement channel.
• Research customer problems through data analysis, qualitative research, and direct customer interactions.
• Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, including priorities, timing, and rationale.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to imagine, build, and ship product improvements.
• Use AI to improve product development efficiency and team impact.
• Measure product outcomes, maintain product quality, and support go-to-market strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Ability to independently frame complex customer problems and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver effective products.
• Understanding of AI systems and LLMs, including feasibility assessment and trade-off evaluation.
• Technical fluency across APIs, SaaS infrastructure, low-code tooling, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication, ownership, leadership, and ability to drive alignment.
