Partner Services Representative (Payments)

What you will do

• Support partners across end-to-end operations and manage communication through assigned channels.
• Represent the partner voice across the business and build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Provide timely, professional support in line with contractual service-level agreements.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, implement resolutions, and help prevent recurrence.
• Review reporting, identify trends, and provide insights into service issues and opportunities.
• Create and improve Partner Services processes and coordinate with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of customer support, devices, and operational processes.
• Strong business customer, stakeholder, and team relationship skills.
• Understanding of an indirect sales model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations environment involving account management or customer support.
