What you will do
- Design visual communication and learning assets, including presentations, infographics, videos, animations, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Support internal communications, employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, recognition, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop learning experiences, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, videos, infographics, and interactive resources.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create accessible and engaging content.
- Manage multiple design and content projects while meeting agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders on business initiatives and communication plans.
Requirements
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Articulate 360, Rise, or similar tools.
- Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, learning design, employee experience, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, organisational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to translate complex information into engaging, employee-focused communications and learning experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, Staffbase, or similar employee communication platforms.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or culture initiatives.
- Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management tool.
- Experience designing and supporting internal communications and employee engagement programmes.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global team.
