ELPGO - Packaging Graphics Lead (Packaging)

What you will do

• Lead simple to moderate packaging artwork changes, approvals, and asset retention for hirify.global brands.
• Create and manage artwork for different print methods using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure artwork accuracy, consistency, proofreading quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Apply packaging requirements involving die lines, net contents, regulatory and warning text, color, and printing methods.
• Coordinate with marketing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, regulatory teams, external agencies, and printing companies.
• Manage estimates, budgets, timelines, partner activities, and delivery against agreed service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in packaging, design, marketing, printing, or art production.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and packaging artwork production.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of master data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, or SQL.
• Experience managing external partner relationships.
