Artwork Assembly Specialist (Packaging)

What you will do

• Generate and release print-ready files for labels, cartons, and other packaging components.
• Assemble artwork according to P&G design standards, the Global Digital Artwork File Protocol, regional style guides, and applicable regulatory and technical requirements.
• Conduct readiness assessments, briefing hand-offs, follow-up discussions, and quality assurance and quality control checks.
• Review technical requirements, analyze defects and quality issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate file destruction requests with printers when released files contain quality-alert errors.
• Collaborate with artwork, graphics, color, print, and other cross-functional specialists while supporting new technologies and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, with deeper expertise in Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating and preparing print-ready packaging files.
• Strong understanding of Flexo, Offset, and Digital printing methods and technologies for consumer goods packaging.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Mac proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage work from start to finish with disciplined execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in the packaging, printing, or consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Font Library, ESKO Dynamic Content, Canva, DAM, or Egnyte.
