What you will do

• Create and maintain student guides, instructor guides, assessments, exercises, learning activities, and online training materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging learning experiences.
• Review and edit educational content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and instructional effectiveness.
• Verify software workflows and procedures through hands-on testing in hirify.global applications.
• Use AI-assisted tools to create and maintain content, then review and improve AI-generated instructional materials.
• Prepare content for hirify.global Learning Central and support content organization, metadata, accessibility, and certification improvements.

Requirements

• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining technical, educational, or instructional content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to independently research, verify, and validate technical information.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Media Composer Specialist or hirify.global Pro Tools Specialist certification, or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Experience using Media Composer or Pro Tools in professional, educational, or production environments.
• Experience with instructional design, technical writing, curriculum development, educational publishing, or learning management systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing, editing, and content development tools.
• Experience with video, audio, post-production, broadcast, or media technology workflows; a relevant bachelor's degree is also beneficial.
