Design Methodology Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop design and verification methodology flows covering front-end, place and route, EMIR, sign-off, and verification.
• Lead technical teams and drive methodology standards across the organization, vendors, and technical ecosystems.
• Develop EDA and integration flows in partnership with EDA vendors, PDK teams, and internal design teams.
• Work with product line management and marketing to scope customer requirements and support market adoption of design flows.
• Collaborate with cross-geography and cross-functional teams to resolve technical requirements and communicate outcomes.
• Mentor and train junior engineers in software, automation, and effective methodology development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in design, design enablement, or IP methodology development.
• Expertise in methodology design and model verification for CMOS, RF, AMS, silicon photonics, and packaging applications.
• Expert knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools and digital, analog, RF, AMS, and integration flows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering; electrical engineering, a master’s degree, or a PhD is also relevant.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Proficiency with Unix, version control, configuration management, regression processes, technical communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Java coding experience or interest in generative AI.
