Test Manager

Location: Hampshire, onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Manage IT test delivery across functional, performance, security, and other non-functional testing activities.
• Support the definition and creation of project test strategies and test deliverables for small to medium-complexity projects.
• Influence requirements, design, development, and testing approaches by challenging assumptions and improving testability.
• Drive shift-left testing by aligning solution architects, development teams, dependent domains, and third-party suppliers.
• Clarify ambiguous requirements, confirm testability, and align actions and ownership.
• Act as a testing subject matter expert while supporting health checks, delivery quality, and progress management.
