What you will do

• Lead complex, high-priority projects through initiation, scoping, requirements definition, testing, implementation, and quality assurance.
• Manage project sponsors and stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Business.
• Conduct business analysis and define project scope, plans, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support successful project implementation.
• Assess and streamline Operations processes to mitigate control risks and improve efficiency.
• Advise Operations management and project teams on project management tools and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience and 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to scope and deliver projects independently on time and to budget.
• Ability to work across products, regions, and functions and influence stakeholders outside direct control.
• Strong collaboration, consensus-building, attention to detail, and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
