What you will do

• Lead complex projects from initiation through completion, managing plans, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and lifecycle gates.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope, financials, and change requests while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate customers, executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams through reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
• Define project success metrics and use performance data to support decision-making.
• Motivate cross-functional project teams, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Improve project methodologies, share best practices, support organizational change, and develop project management capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of project management experience, ideally in Professional Services, SaaS, cybersecurity, or another technology-focused environment.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and strategic business objectives.
• Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and project controls.
• Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders while driving alignment and accountability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding and experience improving processes and embedding project management best practices.
