What you will do

• Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation, and project logistics.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and support project leadership teams.
• Manage project documentation and maintain document control systems.
• Process purchase orders, service entry sheets, and goods receipts through SAP.
• Support project budgets, financial administration, correspondence, mailboxes, and filing systems.
• Maintain document retention, archiving, GDPR compliance, office supplies, and day-to-day project office operations.

Requirements

• Strong administration experience in a busy office or project environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with document management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
