Senior Manager, ISV Ecosystem & Partner Programs (AI Security)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; San Francisco, California; or Washington, DC

Annual base salary: $202,000–$277,000 USD for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; an additional range of $180,000–$248,000 USD is listed.

What you will do

• Architect and execute the strategy, structure, and enablement model for Okta’s ISV ecosystem.
• Build scalable integration frameworks and playbooks for technical ISV partners and partner-led use cases.
• Design repeatable partner programs, incentive structures, and operating models covering onboarding, integration, enablement, and joint go-to-market.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to embed ecosystem principles into company strategy.
• Use AI and automation for intelligent onboarding, partner health scoring, personalized enablement, and co-sell targeting.
• Represent Okta’s ISV strategy at partner events, briefings, and executive meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ISV or ecosystem management.
• Proven experience building, scaling, and architecting partner ecosystems, including scalable programs, playbooks, and operating frameworks.
• Experience with technical ISV partners in platforms, security, infrastructure, data and AI, or SaaS.
• Ability to drive integrations end to end while navigating complex technical and business requirements.
• Strong systems-thinking skills focused on ecosystem health, incentive alignment, and scalable partner operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, intelligence pipelines, and AI-driven partner insights.
