Senior Technical Account Manager (Identity & Access Management)

Location: Hybrid role based within 50 miles of the Paris, France, or London, United Kingdom office.

Salary: Annual OTE of €94,000–€130,000 for candidates in France, or £104,000–£140,000 for candidates in the United Kingdom. OTE includes base and incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers and build executive-level relationships up to CxO audiences.
• Design technical success plans and roadmaps aligned with customer objectives, adoption goals, and security requirements.
• Lead complex customer technical escalations, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans through resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product direction.
• Deliver workshops, best-practice sessions, and vertical-specific guidance across Workforce Identity solutions.
• Create reusable technical assets and mentor other Technical Account Managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related professional IT experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, or Product Manager.
• Experience with IAM or related security technologies, including Okta architecture, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, SCIM, and Active Directory.
• Experience integrating legacy or non-standard applications, managing lifecycle provisioning, and securing SaaS platforms such as O365, Salesforce, Workday, or Box.
• Ability to read and modify code samples, quickstarts, or scripts and translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement within 50 miles of the Paris or London office.

Nice to have

• BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Okta certification, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Threat Detection and Response.
