Product Sales Manager, PDS (Paper & Board)

Location: Beihai, China; frequent domestic travel is required, sometimes with little advance notice.

What you will do

• Drive daily spare parts sales for Paper & Board machinery in the Chinese market according to the overall spare parts strategy.
• Identify customer development opportunities and plans to grow the spare parts business.
• Collect competitor products, pricing, and sales strategy information to support market strategy.
• Train regional sales teams on product knowledge, functions, and technology advantages.
• Support key sales opportunities through customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Provide customer and market feedback to product management and collaborate with R&D to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Degree or major in mechanical engineering or paper-making.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related technical field, including sales with direct customer contact.
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry and familiarity with customer and business practices.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively in writing and verbally.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is required.
• Self-confidence and willingness to learn new things.
