What you will do

• Develop and optimize processes on advanced plasma systems for dry-chemical structuring of optoelectronic components.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and document plasma process development activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement for next-generation VCSEL and photodiode technologies.
• Train production personnel and transfer process developments to international manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with development teams and frontend engineering departments.
• Scout and evaluate external technologies to strengthen manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Knowledge of plasma technology and experience in semiconductor device manufacturing and/or optoelectronics.
• Familiarity with statistical process control.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English required.
