Senior Platform Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support the professional growth of Cloud Platform and SRE teams.
• Set the strategic direction for infrastructure and platform services, including Kubernetes clusters on GKE.
• Own availability and embed SRE practices through SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, observability, and incident remediation.
• Develop the developer-facing platform, including golden paths, self-service infrastructure, internal tooling, adoption metrics, and a platform roadmap.
• Maintain secure and compliant cloud environments aligned with SOC2 and ISO-27001 standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading infrastructure and SRE teams and scaling both platforms and people.
• Several years of deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Crossplane.
• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of complex infrastructure and application architecture, observability, and incident management.
• Ability to balance platform stability and reliability with developer productivity and delivery velocity.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions and feasibility clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Django REST Framework, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Celery, EventBridge, or Datadog.
