Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Designing scalable enterprise implementations and integration architectures for a SaaS order management platform with an accent on REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and executive-level technical advisory. Focus on troubleshooting complex data flows, leading end-to-end testing and onboarding, and influencing product roadmaps through customer feedback.
Location: London, Madrid, Ghent, Berlin, or Amersfoort. Hybrid work includes 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from home; fully remote work may be available depending on location.

What you will do
- Analyze enterprise workflows and translate technical requirements into scalable implementations.
- Lead technical alignment sessions and advise clients on integration architectures, operational best practices, and adoption paths.
- Act as a technical advisor to technical leads, C-suite executives, and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence platform roadmaps.
- Lead onboarding and adoption activities, including end-to-end systems testing, tailored training, and deployment support.
- Troubleshoot integration, middleware, and API issues; document platform bugs, improve implementation frameworks, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation.
- Strong ability to work with API documentation, middleware systems, and token authentication.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business leaders.
- Experience with Python, Google Apps Script, Postman or Bruno, and analytics or monitoring tools such as Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana.
