Intern - Kite Commercial - Early Pipeline Strategy & Franchise Operations (Biopharma)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid work at the designated site is required, and relocation may be required. Fully remote work is not offered.

Salary: $19.00–$55.00 per hour.

Biopharmaceutical organization developing cancer immunotherapies, including CAR T-cell and T-cell receptor engineered cell therapies.

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives shaping future pipeline, portfolio, and franchise priorities.
• Assist with leadership presentations, strategic recommendations, and executive communications.
• Coordinate planning and execution with Commercial, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other functions.
• Synthesize information, identify key considerations, and support strategic decision-making discussions.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and action items across strategic initiatives.
• Prepare materials for workshops and leadership meetings, summarize outcomes, and deliver a final PowerPoint presentation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's, master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. college or university and remain enrolled full-time in the following fall semester.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8; official transcripts are required.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without current or future school or employer sponsorship.
• Must commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August and work at the designated site.
• Strong communication, project management, organizational, problem-solving, and information-synthesis skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, particularly MBA, MPH, MS, or MEng.
• Studies in biotechnology, life sciences, public health, business, or a related discipline.
• Interest in biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
