Associate Director, Strategic Products and Portfolio Planning (Vaccines)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work. Applicants must be US or Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $148,500–$247,500 annually

What you will do

• Design analytics on business performance and market dynamics, synthesizing multiple data sources into actionable commercial insights.
• Establish metrics, datasets, and KPIs for leadership visibility and support competitive intelligence initiatives.
• Lead assessments of market trends, competitive landscapes, and vaccine portfolio performance.
• Advise senior leaders, prepare executive presentations, and deliver scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Partner with sales, market access, marketing, and finance teams, leading cross-functional working groups.
• Manage high-priority strategic initiatives with multiple workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Expertise in data analysis, market assessment, strategic planning, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to translate complex market dynamics into portfolio strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, business acumen, commercial judgment, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; excellent English communication skills.

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare consulting experience.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
