Focus on managing franchise-wide processes, coordinating critical meetings and communications, and supporting initiatives across a global pharmaceutical organization.

Location: Cambridge, MA, United States; onsite. Travel approximately 10%. Applications are limited to US and Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $122,250.00–$176,583.33 per year.

What you will do

  • Support ad hoc, time-bound priority projects for the Global Rare Diseases Franchise Operations team.
  • Coordinate town halls, employee engagement activities, and critical franchise operations meetings, including capturing insights and follow-up actions.
  • Manage the franchise calendar, distribution lists, global mailbox, SharePoint, and Teams site.
  • Support Product Review Board submissions and maintain franchise-wide data collection and sharing processes.
  • Coordinate internal communications, graphic design support, onboarding resources, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and partner with Corporate Communications on franchise communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to apply as a US or Puerto Rico resident and work onsite in Cambridge, MA.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.
