Market Access Projects and Integration Lead (Vaccines)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey; hybrid with 3 days per week on-site. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $178,500–$257,833 per year

What you will do

• Act as an extension of the Head of Market Access, Vaccines, across strategic forums.
• Translate enterprise and market access strategy into clear priorities and actionable direction.
• Coordinate alignment across Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other functions.
• Lead the onboarding, integration, sequencing, and resourcing of new strategic initiatives and pilots.
• Monitor progress, remove execution barriers, and ensure decisions are documented and implemented.
• Synthesize field insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into actionable leadership recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in life sciences, management consulting, commercial, financial services, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of health system dynamics and portfolio-selling environments.
• Experience operating across complex matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, planning, execution, communication, and data analytics skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access functions.
• Experience leading enterprise projects and translating insights into action.
