HTPs Quality Conformance Management (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by defining measurement standards and sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead HTPs quality performance, targeting a 50% reduction in non-conformities by next year.
• Monitor process performance and product compliance from the initial design phase through the full product lifecycle.
• Lead operational quality activities within the HTPs Control Plan Forum and support quality governance and milestones.
• Manage the Non-Allocated Concession process and coordinate Production and Process Verification activities.
• Support the eradication of repetitive concessions across Single Aisle and Widebody programmes and deploy quality best practices across hirify.global sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Previous experience in Quality, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Programme Management in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead improvement initiatives in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
• Advanced English required.
• Good understanding of quality management principles, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in Quality Conformance, hirify.global Operating System, process verification, quality performance management, or industrial transformation projects.
• Digital and computing skills.
