Consultant, ERP Tech Lead Finance Global (JD Edwards)

What you will do

• Provide technical and functional support for JD Edwards Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and related interfaces.
• Lead the design, development, customization, upgrades, and integration of JD Edwards finance systems.
• Translate business requirements into system designs and development tasks while improving performance, scalability, and functionality.
• Design and maintain integrations with APIs, web services, EDI systems, databases, third-party applications, and legacy platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, performance tuning, data conversions, and system maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance and security, and provide mentorship to junior and global support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with JD Edwards, especially EnterpriseOne Finance modules.
• Strong experience with JD Edwards toolsets, including BSSV, BSFNs, Object Management Workbench, UBE Reports, and Orchestrator.
• Programming and database experience with SQL, C/C++, Java, Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server, including complex ETL queries.
• Experience designing APIs, web services, and integrations, as well as debugging, performance tuning, upgrades, patches, and technical documentation.
• Strong project leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across IT, finance, and business teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CNC concepts and JD Edwards security.
• Experience with supply chain processes, intercompany and multi-currency setups, regulated environments, design thinking, and ERP project management.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and multicultural environments.
