Sr Developer Analyst IT (SAP ABAP)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy new and modified software and SAP applications.
• Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions and high-level designs.
• Design and develop SAP ABAP applications, RICEFW objects, and middleware-based interfaces across SAP SD, MM, FICO, and PP modules.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, improve application performance and security, and provide sustainable solutions for deployed software.
• Coordinate priorities, deliverables, and risks across multiple assignments and cross-functional IT teams.
• Support colleagues with less experience and lead projects or project stages when required.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of software development experience, including 7+ years designing and developing SAP ABAP applications.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, HANA code pushdown techniques, and SAP performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP Unit testing and designing RICEFW objects.
• Experience with workflow management, Agile/Scrum teams, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and technical planning.
• Ability to collaborate across IT teams and communicate effectively with portfolio stakeholders, management, senior leaders, and executives.
• Must work from Pune, India.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP DevOps tools and practices.
• Exposure to middleware solutions for SAP interfaces.
