CPQ Developer Team Lead (Tacton CPQ)

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of local CPQ developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to configuration best practices.
• Oversee the creation, modification, maintenance, testing, debugging, and deployment of product models in Tacton CPQ.
• Plan and prioritize development work against project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage user tickets and bug reports, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate fixes, and track issues through resolution.
• Guide Agile delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners, technical administrators, and other teams on requirements, platform enhancements, standards, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Certificate of Higher Education in IT or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Tacton CPQ or a similar solution, including at least 2 years in a team coordinator role.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Solid understanding of product configurators, selectors, or guided selling solutions.
