What you will do

• Provide technical and general accounting services in accordance with finance procedures, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and applicable local GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and support monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare internal reports, analyses, and documentation for managers, business units, and external audits.
• Support accounting projects and provide leadership for assigned activities.
• Recommend improvements to existing finance processes and systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical accounting, data analysis, and data manipulation skills.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to exercise judgment, prioritize multiple requirements, meet deadlines, and maintain effective working relationships.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APPZEN or Concur.
