What you will do

• Manage high-end global debt collection for complex key and medium-sized pharmaceutical accounts.
• Handle collections from government health bodies and manage a key client across EMEA.
• Coordinate customer query resolution across departments to protect payment due dates.
• Maintain SAP collection interfaces, ledger records, payment statuses, contacts, and escalation details.
• Monitor cash projections, overdue debt, credit risks, receivables, impairments, and write-offs.
• Use AI and automation efficiencies alongside collection and account-management techniques to maximize cash collection.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior credit and collections or account-handling experience.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Degree-level education and strong verbal communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience consistently achieving collection KPIs while managing a ledger of 1,500+ invoices.
• Strong time-management, organization, prioritization, ownership, and deadline-management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word; previous SAP experience is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Previous Salesforce experience.
• Experience supporting master data, administration, or billing processes.
