Accounts Payable Accountant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work

Salary: From €1,600 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Book incoming invoices and verify their accuracy.
• Process and check travel expenses according to the established checklist.
• Process payment transactions and support monthly and annual financial statement preparation.
• Monitor and process account reconciliations in SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Create creditor analyses, including aging reports, and follow up with invoice approvers.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in accounts payable.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Systematic, careful, and pressure-resistant working style.
• Fluent English is required.
