MedTech & Consumer Health FP&A Lead (MedTech)

Annual base pay: €41,400–€70,600

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, strategic planning, monthly forecasting, costing, and financial analysis for the MedTech and Consumer Health function.
• Partner with the Finance Head and business leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and actionable performance metrics.
• Provide monthly reporting, monitor spending and financial targets, and identify risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements.
• Support monthly business reviews, operating reviews, functional reviews, president council reviews, and ad hoc leadership reviews.
• Evaluate new business initiatives and investments, including return-on-investment analysis, M&A due diligence, and business cases.
• Own the management and support function P&L covering HR, Finance, and Commercial Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management; a graduate degree is preferred.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial application software.
• CPA or another professional financial certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and business partnering skills, including experience working with senior management.
• High integrity and self-confidence.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion.
• Experience developing pricing strategies, policies, and analysis.
