Treasury Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Bratislava Business Centre, Slovakia; hybrid work with up to 3 remote days per week based on department agreement

Salary: From €1,800 gross per month, with potential for a higher starting salary

What you will do

• Support global treasury operations across the derivative trade lifecycle, including trade validation, confirmations, settlement, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly closing activities in compliance with SOX controls and internal policies.
• Manage EMEA banking mandates and administer EMEA e-banking applications.
• Maintain Quantum static data for EMEA and North America and handle FX-ALL maintenance.
• Improve treasury processes and technologies to increase operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits, reporting, and ad-hoc treasury projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, banking, economics, or an equivalent field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of treasury or finance experience, or relevant internships, in a large bank or international company.
• Experience with derivative payment processes, bank communications, SOX controls, and regulatory reporting for derivatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English is required.
