Accountant - RTR Central Tooling

Location: Bratislava Business Centre; hybrid work with the possibility to work remotely up to 3 days per week

Salary: from €1,350 gross per month, plus a 13th salary

What you will do

• Process tooling supplier invoices, corrections, reversals, claims, and open items.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and operational issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform month-end close, controls, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Support tooling factoring, VAT, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate assigned students and support daily tooling operations.
• Participate in process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Financial education and at least 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Core accounting and finance, controlling, and analytical skills.
• Business partnering, communication, organizational, and personal skills.

Nice to have

• Basic SAP transaction experience.
